    I think that the author made the title of this book 13 treasures is because of the charm bracelet. The charm bracelet had 13 charms, each representing something.

      I loved that book! I loved the mystery and then finding out that mr wens is a selfish person. I thought she needed to be saved!

    Because of the 13 treasures and or powers, thats why the name is the name. It does relate to the story, because of what red said.
