What problems/challenges do the characters face?

Are  conflicts neatly resolved or are they left undecided?

What choices do the main characters face?

How do their decisions affect their own lives and the lives of the other characters?

Why does a character make a particular choice?

    how will Emrys get into the shrouded castle.
    if emrys try's to save rhia he might die

    Who to trust and who not to trust

    Some are resolved others are left undecided

    Emrys has to decide who to trust because he is in constant danger

    Emrys decisions effect his safety

    They make a particular choice because that is what they think is best

      ya i also think shim helped him because he said that the girl looked weird and something was wrong with her hand and she turned out to be one of the evil things
